The Philosophy of the “Internal Management” is to be the key of the association. The president moreover is busy with representing ELSA to externals and keeping in touch with our partners. Next to that the treasurer is responsible to keep in control of the financial management of the association. Right in the middle you can find the working field of the Secretary General. Mainly you are responsible for the association itself and its progress – “like the oil in a motor of a car. In this position you are the person in charge of Administration, Communication, Information, Training and Human Resources – all the basic functions of an organisation.” (IM Manual, Introduction, Feb 2011).

My main task is the organization of local meetings as well as clarifications of issues regarding Association law. I am also working closely with the ELSA Alumni organization, and am also responsible for taking care of the contact to the other Students associations.
